SHIPMENT AND dELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped according to the shipment choice you make. You can contact us to ask for informations using our Contact Form, no matter the shipment choice.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Deliveries in Italy are made within 48 hours. Deliveries in the rest of Europe are from 48 to 96 hours, depending on where you live.

Orders pass through different Statuses, from the online purchase to the delivery. When the Status of your Order changes, we will send an authomatic Email at the Email address entered during your Account registation.
The Statuses can be, among the others:
- - Awaiting bank wire payment.
- - Awaiting cheque payment.
- - Awaiting PayPal payment.
- - Canceled.
- - Delivered.
- - On backorder.
- - Payment accepted.
- - Payment error.
- - Payment remotely accepted.
- - Preparation in progress.
- - Refund.
- - Shipped.
Every item bought on the Prorace Online Shop can be returned. You have 7 days from when you receive your merchandise in which you can return them. Returns will not be accepted beyond that time.
Before posting your items, you must inform us by email of the list of products that you wish to return and the reason for the return, using our Contact Form. It is also essential that you state the order number relating to the items and your contact details. You will receive our very simple instructions on how to return your items in our reply to your email.
To facilitate the transaction and ensure correct monitoring of our orders, articles must be returned in their original packaging and with all the documents that were enclosed when you received your order.
The article remains under your responsibility until we receive it. We strongly advise you to use a return delivery service that tracks your parcel. It is impossible for us to issue refunds for lost items.
All items returned should be in unworn condition and not dirty, torn or damaged.

An email confirming the receipt of your merchandise will be sent to your email address.
It will take between 5 and 10 days from the refund being issued until the sum refunded is credited to your account.
The refund will be made to the same card/bank account number that was used to pay for your order.
